1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Samta Doot Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform immediately. These terms govern all services, websites, and mobile applications associated with the Samta Doot ecosystem.

2. Description of Services

The Samta Doot Platform is a social welfare initiative designed to centralize, coordinate, and optimize the dissemination and tracking of social welfare schemes in Maharashtra. It enables field coordinators (Samta Doots) to perform household surveys, collect eligibility details, and facilitate benefit access for eligible citizens.

3. User Conduct & Responsibilities

Users, including administrators, field agents, and general users, agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You must not post, upload, or transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or violates intellectual property rights. Unauthorized access to administrative systems, data tampering, or attempting to compromise security features is strictly prohibited.

4. Accuracy of Information

All data submitted during household surveys, scheme eligibility checks, and registrations must be accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false or misleading information to qualify for government schemes is a punishable offense under applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, trademarks, logos, graphics, and code on the Samta Doot Platform are the intellectual property of BARTI, Maharashtra, or their respective licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without explicit written consent.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is paramount. Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, store, and process household and personal data. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for absolute accuracy, BARTI and its partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, including inaccuracies in scheme recommendations or processing delays.

8. Governance and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
